i lurk sometimes here, but it's not the same anymore. i like forums. i like convenience. this new "software" here is neither. if i click on a thread, i expect to be taken to the point where i left the thread the last time. when i access a forum, i expect to be logged in. neither is happening here. this was critized by me in the beginning already. nothing has changed. NSMB clearly is not interested in having something like a community i used to be. will probably not reach the full 2000 posts in here. sad

Dunno why I keep visiting this site. I guess I keep hoping it will turn around and become what it used to be.

Enough time has passed to confirm the McKinsey team NSMB hired was their D Team.

This new board was written in Logo.

I have no idea where everyone has disappeared to.

I think as ReductiMat has already posted the board has somehow lost its mojo and beehive mind.

But...who knows.....

There should be some form of notification up top next to my username that someone has replied to a post of mine in an article.  A few sites I use have this feature built right into the forums, so "post quotes" and "likes" show up in the notification bar at the top of the screen.  It's a way to generate more conversation as well.

I wrote an app to identify if you're a dick.  Are you sick of the constant emails?

Maybe we been brainwashed by bike mfg. marketing?

Is this where everyone is hiding? Catching up on this forum used to be a daily ritual. I'm still hoping for a comeback. At least let's rally to get the conditions board happening. That board was the perfect tool for that.

I've been lurking until I figured out my login since the site changed. Maybe there is a large contingent of logged out lurkers?

I wouldn’t be surprised if that were the case.

I personally spend most of my forum time lurking. Participating in forums is often like trying to have an adult conversation with someone while six 8 year-olds are yelling their version of witty things at you.  It’s just not worth the hassle sometimes.
