I wanted to reply to a post, thought about quoting said post, but could not figure out how to quote, it was a little easier on the old forum.

Is it possible to install a feature that quoting is possible?

Added it. Let me know if you have problems.

I would love to keep my member since tag....kinda loved that I had been here for so long...lol.

Everything heckler said, plus a quick reply and an option to change the forum to a darker skin....not a fan of the white...but I'll make it work if the answer is no.

Looking into the member since tags. Have toned down the forum colors a bit. How is that?

It works. Thanks.

I need to scroll down though (was scrolling down after hitting the quote button on the old one as well?) and the quoted text looks odd.

It seems I can not edit the above post. The only thing I can do is mentioning why I wanted to edit a post but unable to write.

And after posting I am send to the top of the page, and not to my post. So I have to scroll down. Can this be changed?

Just a note re. Editing: the main page comments on articles can't be edited after the fact either...

...so if for example you make a sarcastic volley (say about cheese plates and porno music vs. Gary Fisher and E~Bikes) you can't take a mulligan if it misses the mark.

I don't mind it personally. Have to really sit back and think before hitting Submit. May help with forum congeniality too?

Try refreshing your cache. Quote button should work.

I've added back the member info you requested. :)

few bits:

  • is there a "go to first unread post" button for each thread in the overview of all new posts?

  • when scrolling down, go to next page is UNDER the comment field, can this moved up unter the last post?

Finally tried this new thing, can we get a 'recent posts' button back, or tell me where it is?

Nice work Norman! Looks great.

Is there a New Posts button? That was my default on the old board.

NSMB is still effin ruling. And your hard work and effort to get it going as us (the users) want it....if I should ever cross the pond again you guys definitely get a pint or two.

About time.
