Barts is the wood ramp to tight right-hander, with two root steps that follow, that feel exactly a bike length apart just to maximize OTB action?

Look for Bart next time. I think hes still there.

Yeah I think I've seen the sign, just wasn't sure if possibly referred to another feature in that section of trail I hadn't noticed. I'm mostly a Seymour dweller, I've only ridden ladies a handful of times.

Last I was there I do remember thinking "if I don't get the front tire unweighted going over that second root step, it's pretty much a guaranteed OTB". I estimated my chances of success at about 50/50, which is not good enough odds for me when the failure scenario is an OTB, and moved on haha.

For me as far as "official" trails are concerned it's the main line drops on severed and concussion corner on c buster. Doable just just can't get in the right head space.

still there, still laughing at me. Some time ago, I remember watching someone pre jump the whole rooty wheel grabbing section which seems like a wild idea

The Gangler.  I'm like 90% sure it's within my wheelhouse, but I ride cautious these days and if I don't *know* I can do something I won't try it.

Which one is the gangler again, is that the rock on 7th with the skinny entrance and the 2 tier wood runout?

Yes, that one also I'm pretty sure will never be on my dance card. Maybe if I were in my 20s.

That's such a great feature, many times it's called and I feel like with commitment the moves are relatively ok, but the result of screwing it up will be/could be heinous. I think that's what makes these so alluring. Like if I totally felt it was go time as I approached the ramp then it'd all work out ok haha.
I feel like you could scale it in on the large rock at the bottom of Natural High and the rock feature on expresso after the smooth ramp - the same style moves needed on a slightly smaller feature.

Problem with gangler to me is more the janky left hand turn that's basically part of the runout.

Natural high and espresso have reasonably straight runouts.

Not really a "feature", but especially in the wet the wood to rock rolldown on pangor, at the split where you either continue on or head to Boogie nights, also sometimes messes with me since you feel aimed straight at a tree.

These features demand speed/brake control where as others you can pretty much just let of the brakes and hold on.

Once you're over the edge and in it it isn't that bad as long as you keep your speed in check.

Bookwus, Grannies, Crippler, Ladies Only, Executioner....and in dark.   Riding up Mt. Hwy on Fromme in pure full moon light with no lights....done that a few times.  I remember doing it on Halloween one year.  Getting to the top of Fromme one ride and my free hub wouldn't connect (think early 90's XT)....canned the ride and got home to find all was well.......no issues.  Guardian angel I think.  Still can't explain it.

Every grind up.  Sometimes the ride down is pooched....you are too tired or exhausted or whatever.  But there is no excuse for the up.  I have a had more than one ride dead going down but never up.  The victory is getting to the top.  I have gotten rid of many small colds this way.  Burn it out.

5th Horseman on Cypress.  Haven't ridden it in years but I remember it well (and the staircase section).

You take memories with you when you die, not money or objects, so choose wisely.

Nice. I hadn't been down 5th in a while. It's exactly how I remember it: how many of these steppy slabby steeps can there possibly be in a row? More. Same with that chute at the top of Wild Cherry, which I distinctly remember riding a few times but left me scratching my chin the last time I laid eyes on it.

Nobody's forcing you to read it bud. As far as I can recall you neither live nor ride even on the same continent as the sea to sky, so what do you care?

Goofy or title or not it's pretty great discussion for people who have to context.

Speaking of having context - nothing is a substitute for seeing something in person.  Camera's, no matter how good, just can't capture it all.  My friend showed me something called the "Twoonie Drop" (or maybe it's spelled "toonie"?) yesterday.

Anyways, I had never heard of it before - but I think I have seen it in videos, but they did not do it justice.  Totally ridiculous in person.  So much so that it made me question what I think I know about Redbull Hardline or Redbull Rampage.
