That's not the point. Uncle scrooge posted on Wednesday, Oct 26th or Thursday, Oct 27th that Matthew Bond would be arrested "tomorrow". What Mr. Colbert has stated has nothing to do with this claim. Unless, of course, unclescrooge is in fact, Mr. Colbert.

Does the NSMBA retain a permanent legal counsel or is that just in the mind of HC or US or Smedley ….. I'm confused now ;)

I don't get it. Why meet with the NSMBA about issuing permits or signage. Isn't that a landmanager responsibility? Shouldn't he be meeting with DNV, Metro Van and now CMHC/ProvBC about this?
