God, I've been dreading this for awhile, A freeride series. The next thing you know, mtb is gonna' be in the x-games and in McDonalds commercials. At least they could do something original, this sounds like they're just copying the Redbull District Ride (which was kind of a lame contest imo) formula.

this is probably the district ride without red bull as sponsor and more stops (last year, 2 stops), rasoloution was also involved in the district rides (imho) so no copying…

Just because it has the same people involved, doesn't make it original. And while yes, I'm sure the district ride events were fun, they didn't really translate well unless you were there. I'm mostly upset about the series format though, it's too much like the ridiculous Dew Tour, gives me a bad taste in my mouth.

Oooh boy I'm so excited about Nissan backing this event to really showcase their new unpronouncable toy car cause Nissan is truly at the forefront of the new generation. I'd take the Dew Tour over this any day.
