why do people keep hiring hoots to build these parks.

Because he has a business model that is focused on….. building bike parks!

Do you know of someone else who has credentials and is actively working in the communities to bring these parks to you? Whether you like them or not, at least he is bringing mountain bike acceptance and accessibility to communities near you.

It is an open bidding process and there are other bidders for these parks… Maybe there is an opportunity for you?

Agreed.
Hoots is a simple dude. All he wants to do is ride, and promote riding. That's pretty cool, and honest to the scene.

Well said Darren. Hoots does a fantasic job at bringing Mtn biking more to the public and to municipalities around the Lower Mainland.
