From the obituary:

A local ceremony celebrating Jeff's life will be held in Boise this Saturday, June 15 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Municipal Park, #2 Chestnut Picnic Site, 500 S. Walnut St. Another ceremony will be held in his hometown of Selma, Indiana on Saturday, June 22.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any contributions be given to his childrens' college fund. Please send checks payable to Helen Kuo, PO Box 767, Boise, ID 83701

Here is the obit for Dr Jeffrey Fields, the US biker who died last year riding Pipeline Trail on Fromme Mountain.

He is actually friends with one of my wife's pals. If you guys feel inspired, feel free to send a donation for his children's college fund and support his wife Helen, who now has three kids under the age of 5 to raise on her own.
