Ahh, good ol RPO.  In ten years there’ll be a Hyannis lot cut out of the forest.

Ahh, good ol RPO.  In ten years there’ll be a Hyannis lot cut out of the forest.

That would likely require Metro and DNV to work together, and both seem pretty good at deflecting responsibilities onto the other.

(unless you're a DNV councillor who doesn't like mountain bikers and uses your influence to get Metro, on a weekend, to remove a freshly rebuilt (with permission) optional small wood feature on Bridle Path; then it seems they can work together )

The one dude in that article recommends parking at Seymour heights?

He's either on drugs or does not live in the area. My kids go to Seymour heights. It's on a residential street with no parking lot (staff only and it is chained closed on weekends) and less curbside parking than hyannis. Yeah great plan. What a dildo. Lol.

Kenny missed the first page that suggested to start at the paid parking at Capilano University. 😝

I’m happy to show the best route to Hyannis for anyone who does that.   Offroad the whole way.

Priceless. One meat-bikers opinion . Thanks Andrew!

Not all candidates replied, but a good indication of how those that did view the trails

Would be nice in future to see a specific question on trail head / staging area infrastructure

I remember watching a stand up comedian who joked that their local mayoral candidate was such a joke that all they'd do if elected is "like, make bike paths everywhere".

At the time I thought hmm, that sounds like a great priority and for the money would probably have far more positive impact on their community than anything else they could do.

--------

Good luck Mr. Bond, Matt Bond! Expecting to see things shaken up, not stirred.

Reminder to all the DNV residents planning their rides for Saturday that there are very conveniently located polling places near all the major trail heads. Vote & ride or ride and vote!

The complete list of voting locations is here.

Wow.... Even if you are not a cyclist the lack of understanding around an issue for people in your district, and the ill thought out response here should be of concern to everyone.

It makes it clear that the only issues worth tackling are the ones that immediately effect him.

It makes it clear that after you vote Bond tomorrow, take a selfie and head to United Strangers for a free drink.

The Godfather supports Mathew Bond. What more convincing do you need?

Voted at Argyle. Quite a few people biked there. Took that as a sign they're voting Bond.

Best of luck to Mathew
