Heads up fellow riders!
This morning as I was loading my bike onto my car a man who claimed he was also a biker (though did not appear to have a vehicle in the area and was not dressed for biking) approached me and asked for a ride to his "bike" at the bottom of expresso, using very inappropriate language. When I declined, he became upset and came physically very close to me, enough that two other bikers intervened and offered to call 911. At the mention of calling the police, the man ran away. I reported the incident but because the man had left and hadn't committed a crime, there's little law enforcement could do.
Just want to let people know about this incident - especially as the Fivers and lots of other events are coming up. Keep your eyes peeled and help fellow riders out!
