On monday the 20th I had one of the worse bike accidents ive ever had. Even though I was wearing my armour and helmet, I came out of the hospital with a broken right wrist and a broken left elbow. I have 2 full arm casts and im on heavy medication for the pain. I will post pictures as soon as possible.

That really sucks! How long are the casts on for? My friend had that happen back in the day in elementary school, he fell off the slide. 2 busted arms at the same time…tough times indeed.
