riding buddies bailing cause they're too old and weak to get over a few beers.

polar bar swim in english bay - 2 dips in fact - that was rather refreshing and not quite the shock i thought it would be. the walk back to a friends place was a bit of a challenge though.

We don't know what our limits are, so to start something with the idea of being limited actually ends up limiting us.

Mellow SFU ride with a friend and our dogs. The inversion this morning was incredible, the inlet was completely fog covered, there were no clouds, and the mountains with their snow were incredibly bright. The dirt was frozen making for hero winter conditions.

Got an hour and half break from the kids and tried to spend it hopping around the neighbourhood on the rear wheel. Trials not trails in the fog fun!!!!

Thanks Mattbc for the sweet ride.

I resemble that remark.

In my defence, I never used to be too old and weak, but that was before I was too old and weak.

So there.
