Nothing in 5 years, other than some scrapes and knocks. Separated shoulder was my only real injury on the bike. I try to stay within my limits. Maybe that's why I suck.

i try to stay within my limits, and i suck, but you dont progress without pushing the envelope, and they do call them "accidents" for a reason.

I was a little dissapointed actually just because all the stuff for sale was mostly for females, but I was able to pick up some "rocket power" which is like a tingiling balm for your peepee.
I was joking I'd probably never have sex with a hooker. I'm friends with a couple of the high up ones though…

in 2002 i broke my arm really bad and knocked myself out for a bit, and close to a year ago I barely broke my collarbone
Lets see….
-broke a part of my femur off (surgery).
-ripped ACL off the bone (surgery).
-broke 4 bones in my foot.
-broke my arm.
-broke my hand in 2 places and got some pretty sweet pins (surgery).
-broke my wrist in 4 places and had a big 'ol surgery including bone grafts and screws. Back on the 'ol bike in 1 week!!!! woooo!
-1 really bad concussion.
…..and prob lots of random fractures that i thought were just really bad sprains that i just iced.
concussion,
cracked a chunk off of my pelvis,
