Ugh that sucks dude, sorry to hear. I've been hyper paranoid driving with my new bike on the rack looking in my rearview, using 4 way flashers when I see assholes coming up fast on me haha.
I did not claim any incidentals as I only really missed one weekend of riding and didn't want to deal with rentals bikes. I would think that is totally part of a valid claim though and would submit it. The other thing that really helped me was submitting a fuckton of receipts for any part I purchased for my bike in addition to the original purchase, even consumables like tires etc.
