hey how do you get a one-armed andrew out of a tree?????? wave.
yo Arnie, come on over and I'll fix you up. I feel it's the right thing to do considering how good your mom is to me. We're practically family, but don't worry I won't feel comfortable if you call me Dad either. Jokes aside, some advise buddy………………………
There are a lot of ways too avoid that $45, and still have the same level and speed of recovery, alot of peeps go to physio for lack of knowledge or self-discipline to stick to it. Myself I have rehabbed my knees many times w/o physio.
Nothing against physio, but a shoulder injury is so common, that you can weed thru bad info, to get the goods. You can do everything yourself, from breaking down scar tissue, to the exercises. HOT TIP "ICE,ICE, Baby…….." yo VIP
sometimes what I do is I go in for 1 session. Maximize it( go for 2 hours), and let the person know you will not be returning due to finance. They are usually helpful in giving you a basic program to do on your own. Maybe go back every couple weeks, but do your homework kid.
Physio rules, but not everyone can afford to go 3 times a week. However that's no reason not to get healthy(good engrish eh??). you can do it put your back into it. great opportunity for another mom joke, but we're being serious now.
you'll be rippin in no time, read the roburts thread to see more of my shoulder advice!!!!!!!
