where are you in Ontario? seeing how its a pretty big ass place knowing where you are might help. If your in Toronto, then you can either check out Cycle Solutions (ask for Terry, i can't remember which one hes at though.) or you could try Morley at McBride Cycle. I dunno if hes still got his tools or not but hes a great mechanic. Hope this helps.

I live in northern ontario, although i do make frequent trips to the toronto area so i guess anywhere between the barrie area down to toronto doesn't matter. Thanks

you think Barrie is northern Ontario? Please consider what you say before you make yourself sound like a retard. Also pretty dumb of you to ask about ONTARIO bike mechanics on NORTH SHORE mountain biking.com. You may want to try Dropmachine.com - Ontario based.

Not sure if he's still there but Tweek at Cycle Solutions (beaches location) is a King Master. I also believe Terry Leimonis is at Trailblazers. Not sure if he's moved to VS in the last year since I left…

Mattj,

I actually live a couple hundreds of kilometers north of Barrie, I know all the bike shops aroudn nothern ontario and they have none of the special tools needed. So i was refering to the shops in the more populated areas which i have no knowledge of. Also there are many Ontarian riders on the board so there is really no harm in asking here.

Thanks for some of the replies though guys.

Andy! He's one of the best wrenches and a good guy too. I think I'll drop the bastard a line…

Darren? Darren who? Do we know each other? I used to work at JH years ago with Andy.
