Hey everyone, check out Global News tonight (Monday June 20) between 6:30 and 7:00 for a segment on trail building, mountain biking, and the Evidence of Trail Fairies photography project that's currently up along Penny Lane and Good Sir Martin on Seymour.

It features Martin, Penny, and I and we're all super excited!

There was guy with a huge video camera at the top of GSM around 1:30 this afternoon, was that for Global? The Trail Fairies thing is pretty neat.

Yep, that was us with a reporter and a camera person from Global.

And thanks - we're all really excited about the reception the photography project has been getting!

I am shocked at all the time involved in building a trail. Thanks Martin and Penny, some really great work and your hard work is appreciated by all the riders and hikers.

LOL at the amount of time. If only most bikers knew how much effort went into each metre of trail.

Respect to Martin, Penny and all the builders for their massive, unsung efforts. Great work!

490 hours of volunteer labour went into 170 meters of trail on Pangor this past spring.

And it rocks. That trail has been brought back to life.

Cool to see this featured on the local news and as always huge thanks to Penny and Martin for their hard work, I love how GSM and related trails make it possible to do laps in the middle of Seymour. I'll be over there this weekend to check out the photos.
