Ha! My 11 y.o was reading this thread [HTML_REMOVED] wondering what the big deal is about ….he's only ever ridden a hardtail on Fromme (Pile of Rocks, Pipeline, Expresso, Ladies, etc…)

Personally, I am grateful for this thread as it may have saved/delayed me from spending $$$ on a new bike for the kid.

Ever thought of a lighter hardtail? Or one with bigger wheels? Maybe Titanium frame?

As a semi-random suggestion, how about Sunday 9th December? It's enough time for people to have notice, but there are still two Sundays left after then to buy Christmas stuff (aaarrgghhh Christmas)?
