On July 31, 2018, the 3/4 of an acre inside the 6th switchback sold to:

"WEST COAST TARGET SPORTS CORP. "

Any insight?

No but don't hang around there too much as you could get shot, by a lawful owner protectin wats owns to dem.

I wondered who....

So much for my idea of putting a turn around for a large vehicle in there and running a shuttle service. 10 laps a day yo!

3/4 of an acre does not seem nearly large enough for shoot'n... plus it seems pretty close to some very, very high priced real estate, in terms of noise that is...  so, if anyone is planning on starting up some kind of range... I'm pretty sure it would get shut down asap. I'd start letting some of the residents know about this.

Good point about the noise. The old range by the scout camp way up Lillooet road was shut down I think for that reason. I know some folks that lived in Lynn Valley that had complained about noise.

You can't build anything on it. At most maybe a flat deck platform but no actual structure with walls. Anyone have the links to the guy with the wee tiny private lot on Seymour that build a 10x10 shed with a cot in it and had to tear it down? This land it classed the same.

I think the only thing you're allowed to do with that land is to pay taxes for it!

Damn, I saw the headline and was hoping for a reunion. Those guys broke up in the 90's, it would have been sweet for them to have a rehearsal space at the 6th, I would have hung out all day long.
