A very long time, I brused my heals almost three months ago doing 360's out of Griffen bowl, and they are just getting better now after not being on a bike for a month. every time I ride it would get worse because all you have to do is land on your feet once.
hmm ill add another concuss, broken toe, and 4 stingers to mine (pinched nevres in neck)

chipped 4 front teeth on bar
permanent scar tissue on left ankle from crank
scar that runs from my ankle to my kneee from pedal
busted kneecap
over 70 scars, on almost every part of my body
over 50 stitches
bruised kidneys (peed blood for 3 days)
misaligned my spine
2 pulled quads
twisted ankles
jammed 3 fingers
got my bar into my thigh and tore a 4 inch gash in my high thigh area
had every part of my body xrayed,
had cat scans done,
been injected with radioactive dyes
had too many IV's
been knocked unconcious 3 times
gone in an ambulance 3 times
been to the hospital 2 days in a row for different bike injuries
yes i still ride a bike…rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated
