Dirt not snow

So is there anywhere ridable at the moment? I'm craving some dirt.

Delta watershed, SFU or somewhere in the valley? Searching trailforks isn't coming up with much.

Drove by the Delta Watershed today whilst working. No snow that I could see. Your other choices for sure have snow. Happy new beer.

Not the valley. Apparently there's 3-4 feet of snow at the top of bear. There still snow in my yard in abbotsford.

You will not be alone. Apparently there is more on the way for Saturday. I haven't been to the Shed in a while, but there is some decent stuff there if you look. More XC but better than no dirt.

Considering the sad lack of hero dirt days in the past three months, i'm seriously thinking of making a run down south for a week. Took a gander at moab and virgin weather, but it's as cold as here. Anyone got some suggestions for warm(ish) go to spots worth a 6-7 day road trip? North/central california but away from the masses? somewhere else?

Any where decent is at an altitude high enough not to be warm . And maybe snow affected as well.

its pretty icy, but there is some dirt. it is presently lightly snowing down to the beach in RC…

Is lower seymour ridable? I'm thinking old buck, severed, bridal path…

Hornby Island trails are mint right now - not a bit of snow. I'm just leaving after 5 days on the Island and it seems to have its own little micro climate. People were coming over from Courtney and Cumberland to ride for the day because all their trails are snow covered. It's a long and expensive way to come from the mainland though:(

Oh that's encouraging @tashi..I can handle the snow in whistler, but the cold this week is killing me and it's a whole lot warmer on the island…which of the trail systems are snow free ? Is tsouhalem snow free too or spoke ? Maybe worthwhile coming over for a few days and grow in a day in Hornby
