Manufacturers need to determine who their target market is. If their market is guys who see humungoid schnoobs and think dang, I'll buy those hubs, then have at it.

But maybe they need to think that maybe they are offending some folks who may buy their stuff. Kind of like cologne and perfumes. I hate that shit and if a person wears too much, it turns me off. If a person has no scent it offends no one.

Debate? Bikes are made for riding not pushing.

Im sure there is some female driven industry out there that has a big trade show with men in speedos walking around. Except you dont hear about it do you? hmmmm

Is Interbike even relevant any more? Just seems like a Bro Show and a bit of a joke to me. All the decent stuff has already been launched at other shows anyway.

It's just as "bad" as any other tradeshow…

I went to interbike to speak with regional reps from various manufactures to get a feel for the ambition of the company and the presence they want to have in my area. I am hoping to open a bike shop with one year.

Its not just a show that takes place just for you to sit behind your computer and bitch about the years new stuff.

All the little nic-nacs you get to see are just a bonus.
