I searched Cdn Tire's site the other day but didn't see any Kranked brand bikes listed. Maybe old stock they are clearing out?

one thing i've appreciated about bjorn's operations is that they tow around a big trailer on these trips, recharging the batteries on those monstrosities using solar energy

nice, albeit $$$$$$, alternative to burning fossil fuels….still not a legit replacement for leg power, imo.

Can we deport him, expel him from Canada…..lol

hey now..he is making e bikes..he isn't the biebs….

like it or not the technology is here to stay. these kranked bikes are pretty dope ( in the correct enviro) …bjorn is a bit eccentric but overall decent guy, family man etc..

Unless that van is vegi powered - I don't think the solar powered bike charger is really going to have much or an effect on the ol'carbon footprint.

Yah, was just kidding with the above comments , and I think Ebikes are great as a clean way to commute, but don't make much sense in the "great outdoors"

With the whole "Kranked" branding Bjorn needs do get a rider on one and into Rampage, lol

The Green Party has his endorsement! Ken Melamed (a great biker, apparently) is getting his vote according to their ad in the latest North Shore News.

I am actually quite disappointed by Kranked Industries, to be honest - Enga/Kranked Inc./they should have made another movie and not go from mtb movie pioneer to whatever you want to call it.

Last time I rode Sprockids I saw a couple of these roosting the shit out of the trails. Is that the environment you speak of?

These are the e-bikes we need to keep off the trails….that video scared me wish all the throttle twisting and roosting. The gravel roost where you can see the wheel still going is not what this industry needs. I personally do not have an issue with the pedal assist variety of e-bikes…but the kranked bikes are something completely different.

$14k will get you fully set up in the best off road MX money can buy, with gear. Or you can buy a fucking mountain bike with a shitty electric motor. Makes sense.

If you have your heart set on electric, you could buy one of these: http://www.motorcycle.com/manufacturer/alta-manufacturer/2015-alta-motors-redshift-e-bike.html
