and I get back, and notice these little ggreen dots next to everyones names. someone want to explain?

That's the problem with cities, they're refuges for the weak, the fish that didn't evolve.

I don't want to google this - sounds like a thing that NSMB will be better at.

Pretty much. The things which score big are decent jokes, teh bewbs, and apparently doing trailwork and having someone else ask the masses to rep you.

I've already seen an e-argument break out over someone giving someone else a negative rep. I think this is an interesting experiment but I doubt it's gonna end well, but I could be wrong.
