get well man. somethign like that happened to me in a mountain race…i could barely walk for a week. just take it easy and let it heal. it'll work out better in the end. :)

Good luck on the recovery man…
Take it easy and don't rush the recovery. Soft tissue damage can haunt you for the rest of your life. My dad has had surgery on both shoulders, one elbow, and both knees (one twice!) because of hockey injuries when he was my age.
