Thanks to this thread I bought Builder on Amazon and watched tonight: a few really great segments in there (Kinrade's stands out). I actually prefer the digital delivery method to the old way, I would pay cash money for decent digital copies of NSX and Kranked series, Stripped, CKD, etc.

Watching Builder on Redbull TV right now thanks to this tread. This movie is impressive, luv the claws

i rather watch a good made online 5-10min segment than some half an hour "movie" with not so much story connecting several segments

Just bought Not2Bad on Amazon, it was solid.

Hard part for me is that Anthill is the best but they seem to work for trek now.

Would like to see a greater variety of riders in movies of that caliber.

Agree, too much DJ shit too. I like trail riding, love to see more great location-based trail vids over the usual wacky riders doing tricks format.

I bought Not2Bad and was disappointed by the total amount of trail riding in the film. DJ stuff is really boring to watch… there's really only so many tricks you can do on a bike, so you see the same stuff recycled over and over again.

^ agreed - some of the DJ stuff probably looks very creative to someone who knows how it is done.

To someone with no clue it all sort of looks the same. All variations on a theme - but if you can't pick out the variations it just looks jumpy/flippy and after a couple ..meh.

Not2Bad is apparently open and free to stream on Trek'S website. I watched it via mtb-news.de and it was really well done, the DJ stuff got boring after a bit, the trail riding was so awesome that I think about doing a short one-week "sleep in the car" trip down to Malaga for some trail riding and beer drinking at the beach. Well, it would be two days of driving to get there. And two days back, so nearly two weeks.

But then again, the British Pie movie on Dirt was more or less similar too, riders shredding in the woods, after a while the whole thing became a repetition, too - shredding berms and singletrack to see who could go fastest. Some hightlights and sick moves tho.
