FWIW, the trail in question by the OP was closed for a short while back a week ago or so. Reopened to some nice changes. Nice little kicker after the corner drop, then a table top over what used to be a jump over a couple of fallen trees. Lower part of trail also was cleaned up. Rides very nice for a lower trail on the mtn.

Great work and thanks to the builders / maintainers of this trail.

Yeah the new drop on Floppy is a nice piece of work. It's actually a bigger drop than it used to be. If you hit it at the speed you used to need to to drop it you end up with more air time than before. Roll looks easier though. But I'm betting that sweet dirt in the landing isn't going to last long with hoardes of people rolling it and hammering the brakes through the dirt. Lower jumps are nicely rebuilt too.

I like the new entrance. There's a ramp now so it's definitely rollable (steep though). If you've got the skill to not mess it up (and potentially go down hard), seems like the thing to do on the new entrance would be to pre-jump it for speed and style points. For the rest of us, brake check then drop or roll, watch your speed, or go around and have another look next time. The alternate entrance is also a nice technical progression for newer riders after starting out on Bobsled.

The trail pixies must have tons of good karma saved up because they make a lot of people smile. The trails in this zone imo are extra cool imo because they're fun for basically everyone, all types of riders, including families and kids, and newer riders, and there's options for skill building and progression. Super fun place to ride for groms. Love it.
