Thats is a big drop but not 52 feet. I dont see hundreds of drops like that around Van so i dont know what your talking about.

not around van itself, look in the loops, or susnshine coast. Places that are still full of cliffs and rocks. Van has been developed, all ov those good things are coveref in houses and roads.
But in the general area of vancouver, there are tonnes of drops like that.

Drops without gaps are harder in my oppinion, with a gap I see where I'm going. Some could argue there harder, since you also have to worry about the gap, but I guess it comes down to your riding style.

true, but im talking more about a drop that size not being landable without a gap. with a 80ft gap it would be alot more doable (landable) than it is now…
