We will cover each topic in detail over each clinic. Notes will be taken [HTML_REMOVED] sent via email to each person who attends. If need be we can spread each area of interest over more than one day. If
weather is not permitting we will have slide show and work clinics off site.
The goal is to get as many people trained up as trail team leaders before the first trail day of 2009. Currently the NSMBA only has 5 or so trail leaders at each trail day and over 100
people on average with little to no experience in trail work.
This leaves them overwhelmed with a 10 to 1 ratio and lots of people standing around wondering what they should do.
Our goal here is to give the NSMBA a fresh new team of trail leaders for the 2009 season with at least a 1 to 5 ratio so the work on any given trail can be spread out, thus making work go much, much faster.
All that has been learned to this date has been from the following in which I am grateful.
Trevor - The man behind everything I learned
Todd - Keeping me honest in threatening to tear my work apart
Karen - I always go to your trail when I am stumped on wood structure work
Reply everyone who is interested and I guarantee a great time.
Lets pass this on to all who want it!
