SuspensionWerx is a performance suspension service centre located minutes from the superb trail networks of North Vancouver, British Columbia.

Owner and lead suspension technician, James Downing, has been working as a professional in the bicycle industry for over 20 years, and has specialized in suspension for the past 14 years. He founded SuspensionWerx in 2008 in response to the high demand for personalized, professional, suspension service Canada wide, and has experienced excellent growth and extremely positive rider feedback since!

We specialize in servicing high performance mountain bike suspension products from Ohlins, DVO, Fox Racing Shox, DT Swiss, Cane Creek, PUSH Industries, and Marzocchi.

We are looking to add two full time Junior Suspension Technicians to our bench on a contract basis. Reoccurring contracts and a flexible start date are a possibility for a student looking for guaranteed summer work year-after-year. One position will transition to full time.

We will train the right candidate. If you are an experienced, intelligent, hardworking bicycle mechanic or otherwise technically adept with a desire to learn we are interested in hearing from you.

The expected contract start date is in March with completion in August. Regular work hours will be Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm, with some flexibility required. Compensation will be based on experience.
