While you're down this way doing a bit of wading, you might as well drop off your fork/shock as in most cases we're booking appointments for a ~2 business day turnaround!

Blew up the rebound damper in my fork on Monday.
Monday afternoon LBS told me 2 to 3 weeks to send it out for repair.
I don't think so.
Tuesday afternoon dropped the fork off at Suspensiowerx for service and repair.
Friday afternoon picked up the repaired fork.
3 days. :scream:

Another shout-out to Suspensionwerx. I dropped off my fork right before closing on June 30 and picked it up on July 2, so pretty much one business day turnaround (they were closed Canada Day). Between the fresh service, gold oil and 2015 seal head, the fork feels buttery.

(I do not live in Van). felt better then the day I bought it. rode it through the winter before having some problems with it in the spring. made an appointment for a day I was passing through van and had it back the same afternoon. plus they warrantied their work from the fall, though I never suggested there was a problem with their work.

You're lucky you didn't drop by for SaturdayWerx (8am-2pm) or Mandrew would have wanted to talk singlespeeds all day.

Out of interest, are Saturday mornings strictly reserved for drop off, or can Mandrew press in a new bushing and hardware if I show up bright and early?

Provided we have the size of hardware you need ready to go (we stock A LOT of hardware, but often still end up having to make it from blanks) and your shock is off your bike this is not a problem.
