What can I put in the cable housing so that the lines don't get all gummed up with crap… or not shift properly because they are binding on the housing?

the last set of cable housing end caps I got from Obsession had little rubber seals where the cable goes through. I was very impressed! A small detail, but it should help.

We have housing end caps for der. cables with these seals…..

It usually helps if you ask for these, or talk to me (as scary as that may be)….

and I will set you up!

monkeyboy,

how could you let me walk out of the shop with brand spankin' new raceface chainrings, and not upsell me on a new chain?

Should I buy a new chain if my chainwear measurement tool tells me I should, and I just got new chainrings?

;) I'll be back in soon.

The raw, primitive, unrefined trails that see little to no maintenance are the kinds of trails that really build skill. What kind of skills do you learn riding a trail that was made by a machine, groomed to perfection and void of any rocks, roots or other obstacles that could send you careening over the handlebars?

Hey Lou!

I got me a bike with Saint cranks with the outboard bearings and I want to take them off. The bearings have a "tightten-[HTML_REMOVED]" indicator on them. Do I just turn that sucker the other way? Do I need a special tool to grab that bearing package?

I have absolutely no idea what this thread is about but I like the trend and since I'm drunk:
