Bicycle Mechanic/Bike Builder Part time $14 - $17 experience dependent

Candidates to join our team should have:
-At least 1-3 yearâs previous experience working in the service department in the cycling industry.
-Attention to detail and efficient and tidy work ethic
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced work environment.
-Ability to talk to customers in a friendly and open manner, efficiently assess and diagnose and bicycle and explain the repair service to the customer in an efficient and easy manner.
-Additional abilities that would be preferred but not essential would include:
A detailed knowledge of suspension forks and shocks, servicing and tuning, suspension kinematics, bearing overhauls and electronic gear installation. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues under pressure but to the highest standard.
