I understand you may have a non compete with fox, but it would be amazing if you guys could service rockshox as well. Seems like the best option is out in Squamish to get our pikes serviced.

Hi Dutch,

Just to be totally clear: we are a Fox Factory Authorized Service Center; however, we have no agreement with Fox dictating what products we can/cannot service and support.

We previously serviced RockShox products; We chose to stop servicing RockShox products.

We really, really, appreciate all of riders who tell us it would be "amazing" if we would service their RockShox products, but at this time we are happy with our decision and happy to recommend Shawn up at Fluid-Function in Squamish.
