Apologies for the delayed response, e-mail is always the best way to reach us!
A FIT 32 RL has a bled cartridge, so in this case we are replacing part of a cartridge.
Your Fox TALAS 36 R is an open bath fork, so it would not be economical to upgrade it to an RLC or RC2, bled, cartridge.
New SKF seals and a rebuild will definitely improve the performance of your fork (recommended every 100hrs of riding) if you haven't already done that.
