Woke up this morning to find my work van with most of my tools and 3 of my bikes inside. Many of you would have seen this van regularly at Seymour, Cypress, and also at Fromme. It is a white,1999, GMC Cube Van with an aluminum roof rack rack on top, that as of yesterday had 2 32' extension ladders on it. Plate # 5562 DK. The bikes inside were as follows:

1) 2004 Rocky Mountain ETSX 70 with Marzocchi Marathon SL fork, Chris King headset, Chris King rear hub, XT everything else with XTR rear derailleur. Mavic rims (1 719 and 1 223 I think), Continental rubber.

2) 2005 Specialized Demo 8 Pro in stock trim with Fox 40 fork and all the usual goodies this bike comes with. Has a Michelin DH tire on the front and the stock Specialized rubber on the rear. It was only a week old but already has some identifiable marks on it that are unique.

3)2001 Kona Stinky DeeLux, 02 Boxxers, Blackspire Badger cranks, 321's, Michelin rubber. Tired but rideable.

I don't know what my chances are of ever seeing these bikes again. I have serial numbers. If anyone could keep their eyes peeled, for what it's worth it would be much appreciated.

Many Thanks

Its a real shame that as soon as you have somthing worth any money you have to worry about people stealing it.

I just had my work site broken into and all our tools taken last week

Even if you had coverage it would be tuff to get another demo 8 Pro. Do the shops in BC have any sort of database for stolen bikes? Maybe this is something that someone should start?…. Good luck man I'll pray tonight for you. :dead:
