yeah, so that's a buddy of mine's. He and a couple of other mates from New Zealand came over a few weeks ago for a riding tour round the area. He bought that bike at john Henry when he arrived, rode it for 3 weeks then it got robbed from outside the aquarium last Tuesday. We're hoping it does show up again at some point but he's flying back to NZ this week and is in Seattle now.

If anyone sees it can they drop me a message on here and we'll keep trying to get it back!

Chur!

It keeps getting put up and deleted….. And the seller never replies to emails from us wanting to "buy it back"… Bizzare!

Don't offer to "buy it back". Scumbag crackhead will dodge at the first whiff of someone thinking or indicating the bike is stolen.

Best idea is to send a message like sounding like a slight dumbass, ask a semi-stupid question that even a lowlife junkie could answer. "Uh, does it have front and rear shocks?"
Offer a reasonable price, cash only, then set up an ambush for the transaction. "Uh, you're asking $800,,,will you take $750 cash?". Make sure you cover the exit routes, and be prepared for said junkie sh*tbag to change the drop site at the last minute. Have a mobile crew, wear gloves.

They want a quick and easy score, and will feel better selling if you sound like an interested idiot with some cash to blow.

Have the cops in on it, or do it yourself. Your choice.

Nice work, glad to hear you got it back. How did the sting go down? I understand if it's not something that can be discussed in a public forum…
