Judging from the blogs these women post about him I'm guessing he went into Cove and Dunbar, charmed the sales guys, took them out for coffee and told them he really likes them. Winning their trust over a short time he was able to make off with the bikes…and their hearts.

we where is Whistler the other day and stopped in Squamish after to visit my brother and sister who both ride and my brother was telling me that a guy has just rented/test rode a $5K bike in Whistler with a fake/stolen CC and got busted in Van area when he took the bike into a shop for some reason , ballsy freaking thieves these days
