2015 carbon aurum recovered . . .

hopefully this will lead to a happy ending .

my son was driving down mckay road near cap mall last friday when he spotted a person riding a bike which clearly did not belong to him . when confronted and subsequently chased he abandoned the bike rather than face what would have been a beat down .

the bike is a 2015 norco carbon aurum with boxxer fork , black and white .

it is now in the possession of the north van rcmp .

hope this leads it back to its' rightful owner .

Was that the major police response by steed last night? 3 or 4 cruisers came swarming in like Hawaii 5-0 all at once around 6pm blocking traffic on Marine. I thought something was going on at Steed.

nope , don't think the timelines fit . . .

my son recovered this thing last friday , called me down here in cali to tell me about it and asked that i post it up here on nsmb .

Props to your son for doing that, fecking awesome. I'm constantly on the lookout for some skid on my wife's stolen commuter. It's no Aurum but I would love to come across it.

update : turns out the bike was limited edition " team " bike , which is now back in norcos' possession .

so there is a happy ending .
