She has been a good one. The sled experience has been addicting. Norona is not the only one that can have fun.

Yes I have been a sinner. I have done minimal skiing this year. It is just tough to justify and sledding in ski boots is no fun.

nov start, temps are averaging 10C warmer, lots of touring, 9 days at rogers pass and the local ski hill has 7ft of snow

I hear ya on that. A few buddies who ski always have to make the call at the start of the day whether to sled-ski/sled. Sledding in ski boots sucks and having to change back and forth is no fun either.
The one good thing with snowboarding is I can roop around, still have my board with me and find some good lines when everything is tracked out.
