you didnt miss much. its not very confidence inspiring but its getting there. Im sure the first guys down all the groomers had fun, but really im not interested in getting into the trees just yet. Not the worth the risk for a few heavy turns.

What's the story up there…. seems like it's been retching snow for the last 7 days. Alpine opening up today, or should I be thinking about a last minute drive up?

bummed I'm not there right now… will be tomorrow though! supposed to be pretty good right now, harmony has been opened. Blackbomb alpine will open this weekend.

Not according to the live lift status. Looks like crazy winds and another 20cms dumping today. Would be surprised if it opens up.

always weather dependent, Whistler alpine officially opened last weekend, chairs will run when they can. 10 is a bit early for whistler alpine anyway. hmmm not even on standby. maybe they won't open it mid week, winds aren't that bad.

Tomorrow would be a good bet, we'll be there! If they don't open the alpine we'll just skin up! People have been hiking up too.

Red chair only opened 20 minutes ago.

And unless I've missed something, I haven't seen anything but Harmony open so far… think Peak was next on the list to open.

Pretty meh up there today. Lots of snow but howling winds and not enough terrain open. I got a couple money runs anyways. Tomorrow looks good if they open Harmony and Crystal. Glacier might be a while yet. I'll wait until the alpine is open before heading up again.

today was really windy hence not a lot of lifts opening, did just 2 laps in before work on excelerator because the bcomb gondi took awhile to open, was really deep but freezing level was probably halfway up that lift lol. Snowing right down now so should be cool tomorrow.

it was so windfucked yesterday at tree line that i would be surprised if the alpine has any snow left at all… even places like the bite and the lower glades were slabbed up…

Harmony opened at about 10:30, skied well until it got skied out!

There was some wind affect but also some good snow. worthy

They also opened peak at about 1:15 or so, but it was socked in by then so we didn't check it out.
