Fresh yes, blower not so much!
Cheers Ben

From 8:30 to 9 it was light and fluffy yesterday. Things went downhill after that.

Saturday was very good if not a wee bit windy and flat light-ish. Sunday was an entirely different story with some bluebird and surprisingly low crowds…..

Picked the kids up from their ski programs at 2:45 with an hour of terrain park laps to wind down the day….

The boy noodle pulls this one out:

While the flying purple princess takes flight:

The boy is starting to be able to 90 onto the box and ride it out. Now he's showing me how to do stuff… the tide is turning….

But sometimes things don't go as planned, even if you're made out of rubber:

Kids and the Mrs are out for another day with fresh powder… so all I have is the office and these images of yesterday……..

Kind of a weird day up there today, but good. Snow was light till noon, high winds had the alpine closed. Glacier chair opened for about 30 mins then got shut down. Dumped a lot during the day, the trees were reset by the afternoon. All in all worth it, there was about 20cms fresh in the morning. "Tomorrow is going to be epic, bro" ;)

My boss asked me what was going on, he got three requests for tomorrow off inside of three hours.

went up for a few laps this morning, was good high up, did a few harmony runs which were rad. lines were stupid to peak and harmony. then i had to come down and go to work. shitty hard icyness all through garbo zone.

Most likely. Rapid terrain expansion with the "new" lifts to pay for

Why does 7th Heaven Express have headrests?

Fun morning.. dropped into Flute Chutes, knowing full well they blew a chunk of the steep stuff off, misjudged how long I had from cornice-to-pow-to-ice and had a nice snow enema for thirty or so feet. Then it was glorious I tell you, glorious.

Lines were busy, but not nearly as much as I thought they'd be. I think people have switched off of skiing for this year.

Why does 7th Heaven Express have headrests?

because they have ski/board racks behind them for summer glacier use

With avy dropping to moderate/low/low, no results on ski cuts, and lots of good snow in the Bumps, there was comfort in playing with features:
