Original plan was to tour but with the avy forecast decided to hit WB. Should have just taken the day off to get things done around the home, which I will now do back safe and sound. Thanks heckler for helping me through the ordeal.

I have no filter …

Did you notice they had 7th on standby for a bit?

That place is just too small for weekend crowds with a closed alpine.

Today made me remember why I don't ride inbounds very often…

If Whistler was like today everyday I'd never go back.

Don't think I saw that. Saw Harmony sit idle all day but get tracked out.

7th was open for a wee bit today but they shut it down again (and Glacier Express).. guess it's windy as f@ck there.

Whistler alpine has been open all day.

I was considering making the trip tomorrow but it looks like she'll be windier tomorrow. Let me know how stupid I was for not going up ;)

left cabin at 7:30, coffee at Wake-n-Bake, breakfast at Salmon lodge at 8:15. First 10 chairs up at 9. Couple knee deep up Pan dome.

2min lift lines on Sat FTW.

Is there a Vancouver in Taiwan?! I had no idea!!

Nothing sums up my life's achievements like my stuffed corpse, suplexing a cougar.

I've had a great couple days of shredding, and my body is beatered….people whining about crowds is funny

The hill can give it up nicely on weekends if it's storming and you do it right. Living north of the village is very helpful, as is sleeping in.
This weekend was a prime example. Best runs of the year for me.
