About 10 cms at my place since after dinner. Guess I'll have to fire up the snowblower before hitting the hill in the AM

Drove up to the Coquihalla today in the search for powder. Found lots of stable and fairly deep turns.

Stoke achieved.

If you want help shoveling that I'll be up there in 12 hours. In return I only ask for some local beta.

5 friends flying into Vancouver on the 18th, looking to ski some pow. Where the hell to send them? They have a big RV rented.

Interior. Revelstoke area. Promising outlook for the sea-to-sky region for the next 2 weeks but they're just forecast at this point.

That site has pretty dramatically been overestimating the snow at RMR. snow-forcast.com has been much more accurate. I've heard the opposite for other resorts.

For Revelstoke the best idea is to watch their website - especially the weather gnome. In terms of forecasts, environment Canada's expected snowfall values are a good cue.

The parking lot / pull out west of the bridge on HWY 1? Maybe the corner of the parking lot beside Zalas Steak House? I've seen RVs parked in both locations but can't comment directly on the legality of either location. You could also check and see if the in-town campsite operates year round.

Officially the city doesn't allow camping at the hill, but on Dec 31st I saw 10 - 15 RVs in the parking lot, all set up for the night.
