Snow Shoe on North Shore

Went snowshoeing up Seymour last night, just up to the base of the first push main face. Somewhat rocky on the lower half of the trail, easily avoided going up but dinged a few coming down. Snow itself was soft and pleasant ascending but somewhat sketchy descending with a few slips on the steep parts, friend with crampons was sliding a bit too in places.
