Ya, it's been boom or bust. Record breaking December for us as well as another record breaking week last week (something like 2m of snow in 5 days), but man what a depressing January.

In my experience up there this season I've ridden my fair share of crust, wet cement and challenging visibility.
Awesome vibe, great access to great slack-country and a good place to get away from the rat race yes, but it still suffers from being on the warm wet coast.
