Heard Seymour is ok kinda. Hollyburn not enough snow yet I would guess. Avy conditions were pretty sketchy a few days ago.
Forecast not looking great here, heading for interior pretty quick.

Hollyburn was great this weekend. Snow pack is a bit funny with a really unstable layer down around 30cms deep, so keeping to more gentle gladed areas was the call. West side was a bit to sketchy to drop into so gave it a pass. Stuck to the frontside laps which was good times.

Was this on a board or skis?
skis. A few people do the split board thing but not many.
Nice, my weekends are basically all booked with other ski things for the next month, but after that I really need to find some partners and check it out.
Hollyburn was epic today. Keep off the steep aspects, although I didnt see anything move. Tomorrow should be as good if not better. Then it warms up so get it while you can.
When did you arrive, park close to trailhead or ? Which skintrack - powerlines or over the other way?
Hollyburn slide, partial burial and broken leg yesterday. Stay safe kids.

Access North end or South end of lot 3B. There is a couple skin tracks heading up across the road. My advice is stay out of Westbowl and the West side chutes. That's where buddy in Heckler's link was injured.
Oh over there. I bushwacked coming out that way after going up the trail from the powerlines one summer. Guess one misses a lot of snow shoe dog walker traffic going up like you did.
