Kids Ski Gear Rental (skis, boots, etc)

Can anyone recommend a place to pickup kids ski gear on a yearly rental/lease type setup? I'm a little late the the ballgame, so the Cypress seasonal rental options have dwindled for kids sizes. I've impulsively decided to take the plunge with my two oldest kids (8 and 6) and we're all going to learn to ski:-)

For the kids, I have found it is as cheap or cheaper to buy used. Especially if you can hand down from one to the other. North Shore Sports Swap had a pretty good selection when I was in.
