Dynafit TLT Speed - $ 120 Can.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY

These are Dynafits without brakes. Their maximum DIN is 10. For more see www.wildsnow.com and search. They have a DIN adjustment screw. When I took out the screw in one of the heel pieces and put it back in I cross-threaded the screw. This happened in ONE of the heel pieces; the other is fine.

I've skied on these bindings without incident. I don't think the DIN setting on the heelpiece that was cross-threaded was affected by this but I don't know for sure as I never measured it. I skied it on a DIN setting of 10 - ie the screw was threaded in the whole way. It would be expensive to replace the heel piece and not cost - effective so I never bothered.

If you buy these, ski them and within a reasonable amount of time figure that you really don't feel comfortable about it and want your money back, then I will refund your $ and take them back.

Hey Lee,

are the skis the old pocket rockets, right?

How good are they for touring?

I think i priced all the gear a bit low as they're already all spoken for or have lineups to buy

Perhaps it adds a touch of reality?

goes to show you, if you go skiing instead of hanging out on the interwebz all day, you miss the deals ;)

Just a speculative fiction. No cause for alarm.

When you loose 15-20 skis a season due to no brakes something has to change.

Just messing with ya Lee. I think you caught and passed after going to retrieve that ski on Poop Chutes.
