got up on the ski hill and skinned a few laps, nothing epic but it was OK skiing, good to get out, rock boards are still recommended, tomorrow hopefully we finish sawing on "name that run"

Where exactly? Curious to see who has enough snow already. "Central BC" is a bit broad. I'm guessing North Central? Prince George perhaps? Definitely jealous though!

Damn..we are 1 month out from the opening day here, there is only snow well up high though. Haven't had anything down anywhere near town.

Hudsons Bay Mtn in Smithers

Spent the today cold/wet to finish up cutting a run on the ski hill today in a 25 cm snow storm while wading around in knee to scrotum deep snow … rough day at the office

should be a good day to knock off a few more laps tomorrow

There is always snow at valley bottom by halloween which was a few days late this year but we now have 48cm up high^^ scroll down to check the high tech snow table

good thing we finished cuz no way I was going back up there today, instead we ski

30 cms fresh/blue bird/-1/calm winds, we dropped chapmans for 1st tracks by anybody this year except maybe that moose but looking at the tracks … he lacks style

And we put in the uptrack so the young people can come skiing too

Stopped to chat with some maintenance guys, the chair is red to go but there are actualy no functioning snow cats at this point but there is still lots of time

Big storm brewing in the bering sea … not sure how that will affect weather

There was a rumor they bought a new cat going round the dressing room at am hockey this morning - any truth to that?

duno, all I know is what the lift maintenance guys told me but I kind of doubt it and I think they are just waiting on some parts
