Anyone know where I can find one of these for sale in the GVRD or Sea to Sky area?

I'd go with the Mammut vest on heavy clearance at Excess Backcountry but it's using the 2.0 bag system and Mammut appears to have discontinued the vest for the 3.0 system.

This. I have a wary vest. Buddy tried it slackcountry and said it wouldn't work. Great for resort and sledding though. Apparently there was a North face vest at the whistler outlet in squamish though it might be gone by now.

I have almost wholly abandoned mine, except when I can get away with just a mid layer underneath.

I strongly dislike packs.
The post Xmas storm cycle at WB had me in the following:
Gore 3L shell
Lightweight Merino hooded undershirt
Merino Crew sweater
Flannel shirt
Underoos
Lightweight 3/4 Merino leggings
Heavier looser 3/4 Merino Leggings
Boardshorts
Merino socks
Neck tube
Primaloft vest

I might be able to add some additional warmth

holy shit, how do you wear that much?! I'll double up on merino and a flannel for down to -10, and maybe lose one of those but add a micro puffy for colder than that….but only a thin leg layer under my pants regardless

Easy. I put one layer on at a time.

I get super cold waiting for and riding lifts. Yet a decade ago I wore a cotton long sleeve shirt and a pair of hot chilis under my outerwear… :|
